Since 1990 JMD Technologies has been a reliable and cost effective source of high quality ‘built-to-print’ waveguide assemblies and components for the RF & Microwave industry.

From WG6 to WG22, we have the technical skills, expertise and equipment to supply all of your hardware needs from simple waveguide bends to complex antenna feed networks.

We can bend, twist, form, machine, braze and weld waveguide including but not limited too standard guide, thin wall, half height, double-ridged, flexi or flex-twist, whatever your drawing demands we can supply. Or via our CNC machining and tuning centres we can produce many products from solid.

We have split the products offered into 3 groups these are:

Waveguide assemblies including slotted arrays
Waveguide components including bends, twists and couplers
Microwave component housings for example circulator or load housings

Although our expertise is in ‘build-to-print’, we can offer mechanical and/or electrical design and electrical test.
